I Tried the “ChatGPT Caricature Challenge”… and It Accidentally Became My Brand Story

So I did something completely unscientific for a change.
Instead of analysing live data, comparing kPa vs mbar, or hunting down a rogue throttle body pretending to be a DPF fault, I gave ChatGPT a simple challenge:
“Make a caricature of me and my work.”
Now, that could have gone very wrong.
The first attempt?
Apparently I was running diagnostics from a hot tub with a laptop that had two screens. One on the back. Because physics is optional in AI art.
But then we refined it.
We removed the hot tub.
We added the Launch scanner.
We added a DPF.
We added live data floating in the air.
And suddenly… it wasn’t just a funny drawing anymore.
It actually captured what Andras Services is about.
Not just fixing cars.
Understanding systems.
Reading patterns.
Seeing what others miss.
The caricature shows me smiling, holding a Launch and diagnostic tool, with DPF graphs behind me. And honestly? That’s pretty accurate. Because most of the time when I smile like that, it’s not random — it’s because I’ve already figured out the fault before the ECU fully admits it.
What I found interesting is this:
AI didn’t just draw a mechanic.
It drew a diagnostic specialist.
No spanners.
No oil-covered clichés.
Just data, tools, and a calm “I’ve seen this before” expression.
That’s the difference between replacing parts and solving problems.
This little experiment reminded me why I integrate AI into my workflow in the first place. Not to replace experience. Not to guess. But to enhance pattern recognition, structure reporting, and explain complex issues clearly to customers and partner garages.
If you’re running a modern diesel — DPF, EGR, SCR, AdBlue — you already know the systems are complex. You don’t need random part swaps. You need analysis.
And sometimes, you need a caricature to remind you how far you’ve come.
Not bad for a simple “ChatGPT challenge.”
Who knew a bit of AI fun would turn into a surprisingly accurate brand portrait?
